Before you begin
Android steps
- 1Sign in to OurBooth. Let account recovery finish, then check Events, Frames and Filters before starting.
- 2Open Events, create an event and enter its name. Choose a fixed frame or guest frame selection, then save and activate it.
- 3Open Settings → Camera to check the camera source, and Printer to choose a printing method. Configure paid sessions for the device in the web dashboard.
- 4Start a session from Overview. Complete capture, photo review and Result. Test the QR link if sharing is enabled, and make a physical print if required.
iPhone and iPad steps
- 1Sign in while online and complete onboarding. Check restored content in Events, Frames and Filters.
- 2Open Events → Create event. Choose the frame, outputs and session settings. Enable Offline Mode only when the session does not need cloud services or online payment.
- 3In Settings, check Camera and Printer. Use AirPrint, OurBooth Assistant or Epson as supported by your equipment.
- 4Activate the event and choose Start from Overview. Complete a session, inspect the output files, then test the sharing and printing options used by the event.
Check the result
Operator check
The event name is correct, every frame area contains the intended photo, the result is not clipped, and every enabled sharing/printing method has been tested.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Next step |
|---|---|
| Frames or filters are missing | Do not begin a paid session yet. Check the account, connection and data recovery first. |
| No cloud sharing is needed | Skip the QR check in Apple Offline Mode. On Android, turning QR off does not also turn email sharing off. |
