Start Here: Prepare Your First OurBooth Event

A short operator checklist from install, restore, event selection, capture test, QR upload, and print test.

Before the event

Install OurBooth on the Android tablet, sign in, and wait until cloud restore finishes. Confirm that frames, filters, and event settings appear before starting the booth.

  1. 1Open Dashboard and choose the active event.
  2. 2Check Camera Studio settings for the selected camera mode.
  3. 3Run one test capture from start screen to result screen.
  4. 4Open the QR gallery once and confirm upload status is successful.
  5. 5Run one test print if the event requires physical output.

Keep one final test session

Use a real event template for the final dry run. It catches frame ratio, filter, printer, and payment setup issues faster than testing each part separately.
