Create and activate an event
An event stores session configuration: name, frame, outputs, sharing and capture behavior. Device payment policy is managed separately on the web.

Before you begin
Android steps
- 1Open Events and choose Create event/Regular Booth. Enter the event name and date.
- 2Set the default frame. If guests may choose, enable the available frame-selection option and restrict the collection if needed.
- 3Review Save to gallery, outputs, QR/email sharing, countdown and retakes. Read the device payment summary; change it on the web.
- 4Save the event, activate it from the list, then confirm its name in Overview before choosing Start.
iPhone and iPad steps
- 1Open Events → Create event. Enter the name and date, then choose the frame setting.
- 2Choose a fixed frame, leave the choice for later, or select a curated group. Do not leave a curated group empty.
- 3Configure outputs, Offline Mode, Save Photos to Device and session settings. Offline Mode requires local saving to stay enabled.
- 4Save, activate the event and run a demo session. Reopen Edit to confirm the saved choices.

The active event and frames shown to guests match the configuration. Editing does not move previous session results into a new event.
If something goes wrong
