Follow the section for your platform. Screenshots show native UI with demo data; menus depend on version, plan and device. Test-build features may not yet be in the public release.

Before you begin
Android steps
- 1In Overview, open Gallery QR for the active event. Check the event name before proceeding.
- 2Enable Public gallery. Inspect the preview, then download/save the QR for printing or sharing.
- 3Scan in a browser without signing in. Confirm the gallery shows uploaded sessions for that event.
- 4To stop access, return to the same controls and disable the public gallery. Reactivation retains the token so printed QRs keep working.
iPhone and iPad steps
- 1Open Overview and choose Gallery QR for the active event. Check the displayed event.
- 2Enable the public gallery, inspect the preview and save/share the QR with the available actions.
- 3Test from a guest device. The gallery does not show local-only or unuploaded files, including offline sessions.
- 4Disable publication when access should stop. Use a consistent event name because grouping currently depends on organization and event name.
Check the result
Operator check
The QR opens the correct event gallery; disabling publication stops access, and re-enabling it uses the same QR.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Next step |
|---|---|
| Gallery is empty | Check the event name and upload status. Enabling a gallery does not automatically upload local files. |
| Unexpected event photos appear | Check event naming. Avoid reusing a name for occasions that should have separate galleries. |
