Before you begin
Android steps
- 1Open History and check the latest sessions and pending uploads/prints. Complete or record unfinished work.
- 2Test the session and event-gallery QRs to be delivered. Verify the event name and visible results.
- 3Save required archives and open files at the destination. Explain the gallery access period to the organizer.
- 4Disable the public gallery if requested. Clean up only protected results; do not clear app data while uploads are pending.
iPhone and iPad steps
- 1Review History and the status of all active outputs. For offline events, copy local files when needed.
- 2For online events without permanent local saving, verify cloud results and download important archives before changing devices.
- 3Check Gallery QR and the account access period. Disable publication if the organizer asks to close access.
- 4Finish print queues, stop the camera normally and disconnect external equipment once idle.
Check the result
Operator check
Important results open correctly, outstanding work is known and the organizer understands gallery access and its duration.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Next step |
|---|---|
| Some uploads failed | Keep the source device/files, restore connectivity and complete retries before cleanup. |
| The client asks to close the gallery | Disable the public gallery and test the link without signing in. Retain archives according to your agreement. |
