Run a session from capture to result

The guest journey follows event and device configuration. Payment, frame selection, retakes and filters appear only when enabled.

Before you begin

Activate the correct event and prepare the camera. Run an appropriate free/test demo before receiving guests.

Android steps

1Start the booth from Overview. Choose Photo on Home; complete payment if required and choose a frame if the event allows it.
2Follow the countdown or manual capture button. Review the photos and use retakes within the displayed limit.
3If filters/arrangement is enabled, choose a filter and adjust photos within the frame areas, then finish the photos.
4In Result, inspect photos, motion and available print/share options. Finish the session before the next guest.

iPhone and iPad steps

1Start from Overview/Home, choose Photo and follow any payment or frame selection required by the event.
2Follow the countdown and capture photos. Use retakes if offered; check the number of unique photos required by the frame.
3On the filters/arrangement screen, choose the look and move/zoom photos if needed. Continue to Result.
4Inspect all enabled outputs. Print or share when ready; in Offline Mode use local results and a tested local printer.

Check the result

Operator check

A session completes from start to result, every slot is correct and the booth is ready for another session.

If something goes wrong

Symptom	Next step
A screen is skipped	Check event settings. Disabled optional screens do not appear.
Results are not ready to share	Check rendering/upload status and connectivity. A still preview alone does not mean every output is ready.
