Enable paid sessions for a device
Paid-booth policy is configured per device in the web dashboard. The event form displays a summary; it does not edit prices or payment methods.
Version reference: Android 3.0.3 · iOS/iPadOS 1.2.1
Follow the section for your platform. Screenshots show native UI with demo data; menus depend on version, plan and device. Test-build features may not yet be in the public release.

Before you begin
Web dashboard
- 1Open the tenant dashboard → Settings. In Devices & pricing, select the booth device you will use.
- 2Set free/paid mode and the session price for that device. Review timing and printing rules. For QRIS/voucher methods, open Payments → How guests pay.
- 3Save the changes. For QRIS, complete the DOKU connection; for vouchers, prepare codes in Vouchers.
Android steps
- 1Keep the app online and open Events → Create/Edit. Read the device-policy summary and compare it with the web settings.
- 2Start a demo session. Check the displayed price and methods before accepting customer payments.
iPhone and iPad steps
- 1Use an online event. Open Events → Create/Edit and review the device-payment summary after web configuration syncs.
- 2Start the booth and compare price, methods and print allowance with the policy. Offline Mode does not provide cloud payments.

Operator check
The selected device shows the correct price and methods; other devices are not changed unintentionally.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Next step |
|---|---|
| Price has not changed | Check the organization, selected device, app connection and policy summary. Recreating the event is not the way to change pricing. |
| A payment method is unavailable | Check plan access and method/provider activation. Saved configuration does not prove the provider is ready to accept payment. |
