Set up Mingle / Photographer Booth
Mingle is an operator/photographer-assisted workflow with its own settings and frames. Its frame selection is separate from self-service booth frame selection.
Version reference: Android 3.0.3 · iOS/iPadOS 1.2.1
Follow the section for your platform. Screenshots show native UI with demo data; menus depend on version, plan and device. Test-build features may not yet be in the public release.

Before you begin
Android steps
- 1Open the available Mingle entry from Studio/dashboard. Enter Mingle settings before starting.
- 2Choose a frame in Mingle/Instant Shoot settings, then check the camera source and outputs. The dashboard Mingle collection is not the guest frame picker for regular sessions.
- 3Start a demo session, capture a photo and inspect the Mingle result. Test the intended printing/sharing before photographing guests.
iPhone and iPad steps
- 1Open Studio and check the features available in your build. This guide does not equate Wedding/Studio features with Android Mingle.
- 2If Mingle is not available in your Apple menu, use the available Photo journey or an Android device for Mingle. Do not look for Android Instant Shoot settings in the Apple event editor.

Operator check
On a supported Android setup, Mingle uses the chosen frame and camera and produces outputs the operator can inspect.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Next step |
|---|---|
| The frame differs from a regular event | Check frame selection in Mingle settings. The two workflows have separate selections. |
| The menu is unavailable | Check platform, build and account access. An Android screenshot does not prove Apple availability. |
