Understand OurBooth Plus and archive access

OurBooth Plus concerns media storage and access; app features follow the app subscription. Use the account’s displayed status and dates rather than assuming the same duration for everyone.

Version reference: Android 3.0.3 · iOS/iPadOS 1.2.1

Follow the section for your platform. Screenshots show native UI with demo data; menus depend on version, plan and device. Test-build features may not yet be in the public release.

Before you begin

Open the account that owns the event. Prepare a place for important archives outside the booth device.

Android steps

1Open Account and review available storage/OurBooth Plus status. Check active dates, capacity and download period.
2Check the sessions to archive and confirm upload completion. Download required archives before the displayed access period ends.
3If the panel is unavailable in the installed version, use account status in the web dashboard and check for an app update.

iPhone and iPad steps

1Open Account → OurBooth Plus if available in your build. Read status, active date/time remaining and storage details.
2Check the download period and save required archives. A newer build’s panel may differ from the installed App Store version.
3Copy offline/local results through the available local workflow too; Plus status does not mean unuploaded files are in the cloud.

Operator check

The operator knows the applicable access period and has important archives that open at their storage destination.

If something goes wrong

Symptom	Next step
A gallery is beyond its access period	Check account status and the displayed policy; do not promise recovery of unavailable files.
Feature subscription is active but media is missing	Check uploads, event, access period and source device. Feature entitlement does not prove file availability.
