Before you begin
iPhone and iPad steps
- 1Open Settings → Printer. For an AirPrint printer, open AirPrint and use the system printer picker. Choose the printer, media and options offered by the device.
- 2For OurBooth Assistant, run Assistant on the computer connected to the printer. Open Assistant settings in the app, enter the connection shown by Assistant, then test it.
- 3For Epson Direct, choose a supported Epson printer and configure its address/connection and media in the Epson panel. Not all Epson models use the same protocol.
- 4Return to Result and print a photo. Enable automatic printing only after the chosen method works; a system dialog may still need user input.

Operator check
The correct destination is used and the physical print matches the preview. The operator knows whether the method requires a system dialog.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Next step |
|---|---|
| Assistant cannot be reached | Check the address shown in Assistant, the network, computer permissions/firewall and whether Assistant is running. |
| Professional USB appears in a test build | Do not rely on it for an event. Debug-build availability differs from App Store/TestFlight releases. |
