Use session vouchers and promo codes

Vouchers grant access according to their allowance/purpose; promo codes change the price according to discount rules. Neither is an app-subscription code.

Before you begin

Determine the device, validity period and required uses. Examples in this guide cannot be redeemed.

Web dashboard

1Open the tenant dashboard → Vouchers and create a voucher using the available options. Review its purpose, value/allowance and validity before saving.
2Share codes only with intended recipients. If printing codes, inspect the printout and keep distribution records securely.
3For discounts, open the promo-code section in Vouchers. Check conditions and the final price before announcing the offer.

Android steps

1On the payment screen, select Voucher if enabled. Enter the complete code or use the available scanner.
2Wait for server validation. Continue only after acceptance; dismissing the keyboard does not mean the voucher succeeded.
3For a promo on QRIS payment, apply the code and check the final price before paying.

iPhone and iPad steps

1On the payment screen, select Voucher, enter the code and submit it for validation. An internet connection is required.
2Check acceptance and the granted session/print allowance. If using an available discount code, inspect the final price before paying.

The server accepts the code under its rules and the session/print allowance or final price matches the offer.

If something goes wrong

Symptom	Next step
Code is used or expired	Check its dashboard status; do not promise reuse before checking the server state.
Invalid code	Check characters, organization and code type. Booth vouchers differ from subscription promo codes.
