Sign in and manage device limits
Device limits follow the account subscription and are shown during sign-in. Removing an old device frees access by revoking that device’s session.
Version reference: Android 3.0.3 · iOS/iPadOS 1.2.1
Follow the section for your platform. Screenshots show native UI with demo data; menus depend on version, plan and device. Test-build features may not yet be in the public release.

Before you begin
Web dashboard
- 1Open the tenant dashboard → Devices to review organization devices. Check names and activity before choosing Remove.
Android steps
- 1Sign in to the OurBooth account. If the device limit is full, review the listed active devices.
- 2Choose the old device that may be removed, verify its identity and confirm revoke/remove.
- 3Continue signing in on the new device. If connectivity fails, check device status before repeating the action.
iPhone and iPad steps
- 1Sign in. In the device-limit panel, review the plan limit and active-device list.
- 2Choose a device that may be removed and confirm. This revokes its access; do not choose a device currently running an event.
- 3After the server accepts revocation, continue sign-in. Use cancel or retry as needed without deleting local media.
- 4Distinguish the OurBooth account from the purchasing Apple Account. Restore Purchases restores eligible purchase entitlements, not another device’s local photos.
Check the result
Operator check
The new device signs in within the allowance, and only the selected device loses access.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Next step |
|---|---|
| Limit differs from another account | Use the limit displayed for the account; plans and billing periods can have different limits. |
| The old device is offline | Revocation is recorded by the server and enforced when the old device checks access again. It is not remote media deletion. |
